WHERE IS PICK UP, AND DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY?

All items must be picked up in North Burnaby, address will be included with your purchase confirmation. Delivery is not offered at this time.

HOW DO I TRANSPORT AND STORE ITEMS?

All items should be place on a flat surface in a air conditioned vehicle. Cakes should be stored in the fridge, and all other items should be kept in a cool dry place.

WHAT IF THE FLAVOR OR DESIGN I AM LOOKING FOR IS NOT LISTED ON THE WEBSITE?

We love a challenge and will do our best to accommodate requests if we are able. Do not hesitate to ask!

HOW MUCH NOTICE IS NEEDED FOR AN ORDER?

Each week we take a capped amount of bookings based on the amount of hours are needed to fulfill all orders. Once your request has been sent, we will let you know if we have availability. Please note that we DO NOT take custom orders during the week of and before Holidays, including the entire month of December. Instead, we offer a menu of holiday themed Baked Boards, and cookie kits.
